AREAS AFFECTED : CAPE COD BAY; NANTUCKET SOUND; VINEYARD SOUND; BUZZARDS BAY; RHODE ISLAND SOUND; BLOCK ISLAND SOUND; MASSACHUSETTS BAY AND IPSWICH BAY

* WHAT...South winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 
8 to 13 feet expected. 
 
* WHERE...Portions of Massachusetts coastal waters and Rhode 
Island coastal waters. 
 
* WHEN...From 5 PM Monday to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or 
damage vessels and reduce visibility.
