* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph 
expected above 3500 feet. 
 
* WHERE...Buncombe, Haywood, Madison, Mitchell, Northern Jackson, 
Southern Jackson, Swain, Transylvania, and Yancey Counties. 
 
* WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT Tuesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
