* WHAT...Extremely cold temperatures as low as 10 below. 
 
* WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Lisianski Strait. 
 
* WHEN...Until noon AKST Tuesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to 
these temperatures. An extended period of freezing 
temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes. 
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest windchill temperatures will 
be farther inland away from maritime influence.
