Winter Storm Warning for Shishmaref, Bering Strait Coast

AREAS AFFECTED : SHISHMAREF; BERING STRAIT COAST

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations 
between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. 
Visibility reduced to as low as one half to one quarter mile at 
times. 
 
* WHERE...Eastern Norton Sound and Nulato Hills, Interior Seward 
Peninsula, and Southern Seward Peninsula Coast. 
 
* WHEN...Until 9 AM AKST Wednesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Areas of blowing 
snow could significantly reduce visibility.
