AREAS AFFECTED : RUBY MOUNTAINS AND EAST HUMBOLDT RANGE; WHITE PINE COUNTY; SOUTHERN LANDER COUNTY AND SOUTHERN EUREKA COUNTY; SOUTH CENTRAL ELKO COUNTY; NORTHWESTERN NYE COUNTY; NORTHEASTERN NYE COUNTY

* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph 
expected. 
 
* WHERE...White Pine, Southern Lander and Southern Eureka, Ruby 
Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko, South Central Elko, 
Northeastern Nye, and Northwestern Nye Counties. 
 
* WHEN...Until 10 PM PDT this evening. 
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
