AREAS AFFECTED : NORMAN; CLAY; WILKIN; EDDY; GRIGGS; STEELE; TRAILL; BARNES; CASS; RANSOM; SARGENT; RICHLAND

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 7 and 12 
inches. 
 
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and 
northeast and southeast North Dakota. 
 
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Saturday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling 
snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
