AREAS AFFECTED : NORTHWEST AROOSTOOK; NORTHEAST AROOSTOOK; NORTHERN SOMERSET; NORTHERN PISCATAQUIS; NORTHERN PENOBSCOT; SOUTHEAST AROOSTOOK

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 
inches. 
 
* WHERE...Portions of Central Highlands, Far Eastern, Far Northern, 
and North Woods Maine 
 
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Wednesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow 
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions 
could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
