* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. 
 
* WHERE...North Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... 
South Central Graham County in southeastern Arizona... 
 
* WHEN...Until 1145 PM MST. 
 
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... 
- At 841 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has 
fallen. 
- This includes the following streams and drainages... 
Dial Wash, Gold Gulch, Willow Spring Wash and Owl Wash. 
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over 
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. 
- Some locations that will experience flooding include... 
Mainly rural areas of North Central Cochise and South Central 
Graham Counties. 
- This includes the following highways... 
Route 191 between mile markers 88 and 95. Interstate 10 between 
mile markers 349 and 357.
