AREAS AFFECTED : COASTAL WATERS FROM CAPE BLANCO OR TO PT. ST. GEORGE CA OUT 10 NM; WATERS FROM CAPE BLANCO OR TO PT. ST. GEORGE CA FROM 10 TO 60 NM

* WHAT...North winds of 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt with 
very steep combined seas of 9 to 13 feet. 
 
* WHERE...All areas. Strongest winds and highest seas are 
expected from Gold Beach southward. 
 
* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Wednesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or 
damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially 
treacherous.
