* WHAT...Light winds and limited air movement will lead to a period 
of stagnant air conditions. 
 
* WHERE...Central Willamette Valley, and Tualatin Valley. 
 
* WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to 10 AM PST Tuesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Deteriorating air quality may cause issues for people 
with respiratory problems.
