* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog or 
freezing fog. 
 
* WHERE...Valleys within western Siskiyou County, including the 
Scott Valley. 
 
* WHEN...Until noon PST Friday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Dense freezing fog could make driving conditions 
hazardous and create some slick surfaces.
