* WHAT...Areas of frost expected with low temperatures in the low to 
mid 30s. 
 
* WHERE...Onondaga, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, and Yates Counties. 
 
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Thursday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive 
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
