up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Sturgis/Piedmont Foothills and Pennington Co Plains.
* WHEN...Until 3 AM MDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of
falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
