the Gale Watch, south winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
and waves 1 to 3 ft possible.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 PM EDT this
afternoon. For the Gale Watch, from Tuesday morning through
Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
