AREAS AFFECTED : MCLEAN; SHERIDAN; WELLS; FOSTER; BURLEIGH; KIDDER; STUTSMAN; EMMONS; LOGAN; LA MOURE; MCINTOSH; DICKEY

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 10 
inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. 
 
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota, 
including the James River Valley. 
 
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT Saturday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow 
could significantly reduce visibility.
