with gusts up to 45 mph expected. For the Wind Advisory tomorrow,
southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...In Colorado, Central Yampa River Basin and Lower Yampa
River Basin. In Utah, Arches/Grand Flat and Eastern Uinta Basin.
* WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, from noon today to 8 PM MDT
