resulting in areas of frost early Saturday Morning. 
 
* WHERE...Northern Oneida County. 
 
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Saturday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive 
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
