AREAS AFFECTED : SOUTH LARAMIE RANGE

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Visibility under one half mile at 
times. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. 
 
* WHERE...South Laramie Range including the Interstate 80 Summit 
between Cheyenne and Laramie. 
 
* WHEN...Until 3 AM MDT Saturday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility and lead 
to slick road conditions.
