AREAS AFFECTED : SOUTHERN OXFORD; INTERIOR CUMBERLAND HIGHLANDS; NORTHERN GRAFTON; NORTHERN CARROLL

* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures into the lower to 
middle 30s will result in frost formation. For the Freeze Warning, 
sub-freezing temperatures into the 20s to near 30 degrees expected. 
 
* WHERE...In Maine, Interior Cumberland Highlands and Southern 
Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Carroll and Northern 
Grafton Counties. 
 
* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, until 8 AM EDT this morning. For 
the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Sunday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 
plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive 
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
