AREAS AFFECTED : CENTRAL BEAUFORT SEA COAST; CENTRAL ARCTIC PLAINS; CENTRAL BROOKS RANGE

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to two inches. 
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Visibility reduced to as low as 
one half mile. 
 
* WHERE...Central Arctic Plains, Central Beaufort Sea Coast, and 
Central Brooks Range. 
 
* WHEN...From 11 PM Tuesday to 3 AM AKST Thursday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions.
