* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. 
 
* WHERE...Custer Co Plains, Eastern Fall River, Hermosa Foothills, 
Southern Foothills, and Western Fall River. 
 
* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 5 PM MST this afternoon. 
 
* IMPACTS...Sudden wind gusts can cause drivers to lose control, 
especially in lightweight or high profile vehicles. Winds can 
cause flying debris and blowing dust, reduced visibility.
