...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR 
SOUTHWESTERN SHANNON...HOWELL AND OREGON COUNTIES... 
 
At 343 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated flooding across the warned 
area. Up to three inches of rain has already fallen. Additional 
rainfall is expected this evening and tonight, which will cause 
greater coverage of flooding. 
Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially 
susceptible to the dangers of flooding.
